Upon making a payment, you hereby agree to accept the Terms & Conditions:
1. Warranty Coverage for Koble Smart Devices: Warranty coverage depends on the purchase type and service package.
The warranty commences upon the installation of the device or 72 hours after delivery, whichever is earlier. Separate charges apply for servicing above 3m. *Complimentary labour <3m for the first 24 months. A labour charge of $90 applies thereafter.
2. Site Readiness & Installation: Koble’s staff will liaise with the Client, his/her Interior Designer/Contractors to check that wiring points (if applicable, including neutral if using a neutral wired switch) are available and functional before we carry out the installations. Site should also be ready for door lock installation. An additional on-site trip fee of $100 applies if the site is not ready for installation upon reaching, wiring point is not functional and/or grouped by switch connection.
3. No-Neutral Switches: No-neutral switches may affect the lifespan of your lights, cause lights to flicker and/or other side effects even after adding a capacitor. In the event this happens, we may revert to a manual switch provided by the homeowner. Koble will not be liable for the light.
4. Third-Party Installations: The replacement of faulty/damaged smart switches installed by a 3rd party installer will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
5. Remote Support & App Settings: App settings and updates are done remotely; onsite service may not be required. For app setting changes, we will advise over WhatsApp or phone call. An additional on-site trip fee of $100 applies if onsite assistance is requested for software-related issues.
6. Processing Fees: The processing fee is non-refundable.
7. Warranty Exclusions: This limited warranty does not apply to any damage, failure, or malfunction caused by external electrical issues or environmental factors. Specifically, Koble shall not be held liable, and the warranty will be rendered void, for products affected by, but not limited to:
8. Off-Site Warranty Service Centre: For products under Off-Site Warranty (including Group Buy discounted products without a service suite), the customer is responsible for bringing the faulty unit to our Headquarters for replacement or repair: Koble HQ: 62 UBI Road 1 #10-04, Oxley Bizhub 2
9. Right to Amend: We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion and without reference to you wherein you consent to the current Terms and Conditions applicable to you accordingly.
