Preferably. Neutral wire completes the circuit for smart switches when they are on standby mode. Without neutral wire, small amount of electric current flows through the lighting and back to the Distribution Board. This may affect the lifespan of lighting over time and cause the light to flicker.

Without internet, app control of our Zigbee device is possible as long as your phone/tablet is connected to the same router. You can also turn on/off your lights physically via the smart switch. Automation and scheduling of smart Zigbee devices are also possible.
